Service Description

A floor plan will help buyers understand the layout and relative size of rooms at your listing. A floor plan can be added to any of our real estate packages at a rate of $0.02 per square foot, or as a stand alone product for $100 plus $0.02 per square foot. Please order a photo or video package and ask for this add-on in the notes. The add-on cost will be invoiced separately.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelations and reschedules made within 1 hour of a booking start time will result in a $50 trip charge.
